2014 Chevrolet Silverado Pickup Truck with Cheyenne Concept

With new stylish design using Cheyenne concept, 2014 Chevrolet Silverado got many appraisals in 2013 SEMA trade show. This pickup truck combines light weighting with 6.2-liter V-8 engine (420 hp) and excellent look. It will be hard competition between this vehicle and Ford F-150 with EcoBoost engine to get potential buyer in growing market in USA and Canada.

To cut weights for about 200 pounds, this new Silverado applies aftermarket parts with aluminum (for drive-shaft, wheel and rear leaf springs) and carbon fiber material for bumper, cargo-box and tailgate as well as Brembo carbon ceramic for brake pad, like Corvette ZR1. The new design of exterior comes with lower ride height though it looks like smaller (look the picture below).



There is also stability control in its feature to make it easy to drive in all conditions including off-road situation. You will get awesome experience on power steering and comfort braking. GMC claims this truck provide great power in light duty truck class.

So when will the release date be? These trucks will come on showroom on January 2013. The pricing will start at $24,585. There will be two choice versions of cab with good strength and insulation, single and double cab. There are also additional options for box-rail protector, and a CornerStep bumper.
